All our services, including diet plans and wellness consultations, are personalized and digital in nature. Once a service is initiated or delivered, cancellation or refund is generally not possible.

You can request cancellation only before the consultation call has been initiated or the diet plan has been prepared.

Once the plan creation process has started or a consultation has taken place, no cancellation will be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only in the following situations:

If we are unable to deliver the service within 24 hours of receiving your form and payment.

In case of accidental multiple payments for the same service.


No refunds will be provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction after plan delivery, or lack of follow-through by the user.

4. Refund Process

All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
